Those tender breasts of yours fighting the powers of gravity is a sagging battle indeed. For those well endowed by nature it is slightly more difficult to stop the sagging of breasts. No need to worry if you take good care of them you can lift and perk them up a bit. Breast lift surgery and creams are not what I believe in, I believe in the power of nature, simple, pure and effective. There are ways to delay sagging breasts, and it is good news, at least to me, if you are interested join me in this battle. To fight any battle you need to know your strengths and weakness. It is only then these you can plan and fight your battles well, tightening the lose and uplifting the weak. In my search for answers to delay sagging of sagging breasts I found some helpful facts and methods which I would like to share with you.
Natural breast lift
Sagging of breasts is an inevitable natural process. Sagging is often influenced by age, the condition of your skin and with the size of your breast. These three factors play an important part in the way your breasts retain their shape. Large breasts sag easily because of gravity, this can happen even when you are much younger. Often breasts sag when you stop lactating, especially after weaning your baby off or when you opt not breast feed after your new born. When the mammary glands stop producing milk, the tissues slowly shrink leaving the skin on your breasts looking wrinkled and looking limp. The fact that the breasts have no muscles is another major contributor to the sagging of your breasts. Breasts are made up of ligaments, glands,connective tissues and fat.

Sagging breasts - How to prevent sagging breasts?
With age the size of the breast which may have once been a great asset becomes a problem to be reckoned with, in the battle of the sag. Frequent changes in weight or drastic loss of weight is another issue that could be a cause of sagging. When breasts lose fat the skin does not shrink, this makes your breasts look wrinkled and sagging in appearance.
Do bras help? Well, the answers is still being debated. Studies have shown that wearing bras that help lift up your breast make the ligaments in the breasts atrophy and allow the breast to sag sooner than later. Just imagine a hand in a cast, if you have your hand n a cast for about 45 days you would find that the muscles have become weaker and the hand appears to be much thinner. This could be the reason why bras don’t help. But being top heavy I would say bras do help keep my breast from sagging. If I find a bra that is a perfect fit without it changing the shape of my breasts I would still go for it.

Natural Breast Enhancement
Augmentation or surgical correction of the breast may seem like a good option. You need to consider the cost and the fact that whatever you do is temporary and your breast will sag as you age. Being able to accept this may make your decision easier. Surgery has its own impact on your body and I would never consider it an option.
If all my options are running out what can I do to fight the battle of the sagging breasts.
Try to keep breast free of bras as much as possible so that the connective tissues and ligaments are in use most of the time as you work your way through the day. Some studies have shown that over a period of going bra less, breasts have perked up and seen to be pointing much higher than when bras were used.
I would say, although our breasts are made of fat, tissues and ligaments, strengthening the surrounding muscles may help. How do I know this? I have tried and tested this out for myself.
What do I do? I follow some simple exercises, a routine that I go through every day. Has it helped me? Oh yes, very much. Even if it is just for a few more years. I believe that strengthening muscles could have only positive effects. The shape of your upper body does improve and remain attractive.
A change in lifestyle could help you. Eat sensibly, fresh fruits and vegetable should form major part of your diet. Maintaining the right weight and not going on drastic diets would help lessen unwanted sagging of breasts and wrinkling of skin.
Collagen gives your skin elasticity. Our body uses vitamin C to form collagen. Instead of taking supplements it would be good to eat a diet that is rich in vitamin c, the good news is vitamin C increases your immunity too and helps avoid and fight certain diseases.
Vitamin E also improves the elasticity of your skin. Including fruits and nuts which are rich in vitamin C and E could help. The antioxidants that are found in these foods are very good for a variety of other conditions. Fish is excellent skin food. Ensure that you have at least three to four servings of fish per week. Sea weed and algae are great for your skin as they have sorbitol. The secret of the Japanese men and women who have such ageless skin. You could find this component in grapes and pears as well.
Vitamin A, is very important to maintain elasticity of your skin. Fresh fruits and vegetables that are yellow in color is the way to go. Retinol A a cream that could be locally applied could also help. It helps retain the moisture in the inner layers of your skin. Though it does this inside, it tends to dry out the outer layers of the skin. Moisturise your skin sufficiently to avoid dryness and peeling of skin.

Breast firming exercises
Exercise and diet are a great combination. It is the healthiest way to live.
You need to exercise your pectoral muscles that support your breasts. Trying doing push ups on knees with arms spread at a slightly wide angle, this could help firm your breasts.
If you are at your work desk, try tightening your arms at your sides, squeezing your pectoral muscles. Have you seen the way body builders strut around - I can see that you have got the idea. Try it as frequently as you can during the day. It firms and tightens the pectoral muscles.
Using 2.5lb dumbbells you could do a simple routine to firm up your pectoral muscles. Lie on your back with hand stretched on the floor at right angles, holding the dumbbells slowly lift them until they you bring them together in front of your face. This could be repeated 15 -20 times each day.
Place your hand on the wall at shoulder height and push as if trying to push the wall away. Feel the pectoral muscles squeeze and tighten.
These exercise should help shape and strengthen your arms and pectoral muscles. Take care while you exercise. Whether you change your diet or take up exercising make sure that you do all things in moderation. Wish you a well toned body and perky spirits.

This was some awesome info indeed! However, it kills me to be small chested and saggy, that is the worst! Thank you my dear wonderful miracle of a child for this attribute. I worry if I work it out with exercise they will disappear!
